New Year

As we step into 2026, the entire Advanced Martial Arts and Fitness (AMAF) team wishes you a happy, healthy, and successful New Year! Whether you’re returning to training, starting fresh, or considering joining our family for the first time, now is the perfect moment to reflect, reset, and recommit to your goals. Here’s to progress, perseverance, and personal transformation in the year ahead!

New Year

Celebrating Community and Growth

At AMAF, we’ve always believed that martial arts is more than just kicks, punches, or workout sessions — it’s a journey that builds confidence, discipline, resilience, and connection. For over two decades, our welcoming dojo in East Victoria Park has been a place where individuals of all ages and experience levels can train, learn, and grow together.

As we look back on the achievements of 2025, we’re incredibly proud of our students — from the Little Ninjas mastering their focus, to kids thriving in Karate classes, to adults pushing limits in Muay Thai, Kali Self Defence, and kickboxing. Every step forward — big or small — is worth celebrating.

Programs for Every Member of Your Family

One of the things that makes AMAF so special is our diverse range of programs that cater to the whole family:

  • Little Ninjas Karate (Ages 3–5) – Building early confidence, coordination, and fun foundational movement.
  • Kids Karate (Ages 6–14) – Instilling discipline, focus, respect, and physical fitness through structured learning and engaging classes.
  • Teens Mixed Martial Arts & Kickboxing – A dynamic environment where teens can grow physically and mentally, learning practical skills and boosting self-esteem.
  • Adult Muay Thai & Kickboxing – Excellent for total-body conditioning, stress relief, self-defense, and confidence, no matter your fitness level.
  • Kali Self-Defence – A unique and empowering martial arts system focused on real-world application and practical self-protection skills.

Every class at AMAF is structured to be welcoming, inclusive, and supportive, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away from training.

Why 2026 Is Your Year

The New Year brings with it a fresh opportunity to set intentions — and at AMAF, we’ve got your back. Martial arts training isn’t just about physical fitness; it helps you develop life skills that extend far beyond training sessions:

  • Improved confidence and self-esteem
  • Greater focus and mental resilience
  • Enhanced physical health and stamina
  • A sense of accomplishment and progress
  • Community, connection, and shared purpose

Whether your goal is to get fitter, sharpen your self-defense skills, develop discipline, or simply make new friends who support your growth, AMAF is here as your training partner every step of the way.

 Hear It from Our Students

One of the greatest joys of being part of the AMAF family is seeing your successes and hearing your stories. Parents have shared how AMAF’s classes have helped their children become more respectful and focused, and adult students have talked about the confidence they’ve gained through training. These testimonials remind us why we do what we do — to empower every individual who walks through our doors.

Ready to Train? Here’s How to Start

If you’re inspired to begin or restart your martial arts journey this year, we invite you to explore our schedules, book a class, or drop by our full-time air-conditioned dojo in East Victoria Park. We’re open six days a week with programs suited to all ages and skill levels.

Don’t worry if you’ve never trained before — our instructors are experienced, encouraging, and committed to helping you feel comfortable and confident from day one.

 Final Thoughts

2026 is a blank canvas — and it’s yours to shape. At Advanced Martial Arts and Fitness, we’re excited to continue training with you, celebrating your victories, and watching you grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit. From all of us here at AMAF, Happy New Year! Let’s make this year powerful, purposeful, and filled with progress.

Train hard. Stay committed. Live your best life.
