Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Gracie Jiu Jitsu also known as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is universally regarded as one of the most effective martial arts for self defence. MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
Muay Thai Kickboxing is a dynamic style and effective fighting art. The use of hands, feet, knees and elbows are the main objectives. In these classes you'll progress through stretching and warm ups to pad work and sparring. These classes can be used for fitness alone or, for the more advanced student, a definition of technique that can continue on to competition level.

FILIPINO ARNIS
With the ever growing violence on the streets and the rise of crime and theft involving weapons, this style of Martial Arts becomes increasingly more important in today's society. Filipino Arnis (a form of Philippino Stick & Knife Fighting) teaches us the etiquette, dangers and legalities involved with a wide range of weapons. This dynamic yet graceful flowing art will show even the smallest of defendants how to safely and easily avoid or disarm an attacker or attackers with little or no effort.
