KAIZEN: a Japanese word meaning – Betterment, Improvement,
Incremental and Continuous Improvement.
DOJO: a Japanese word meaning – Hall used for Martial Arts Training,
A Place of Enlightenment, School of Knowledge and Understanding.
KAIZEN DOJOS – translated means, A Forever Improving Training Centre.

Left side, Japanese writing – Empty Hand Way Red Dragon System (Zen Do Kai)
Centre, Filipino Alibata writing – E Presas Kombatan (Kombatan Arnis)
Right side, Thai writing – Muay Thai (Thai Kickboxing)
These are the 3 main systems taught here at AMAF, taught as individual arts or collectively to form our Zen Do Kai Freestyle / Kaizen Martial Arts.
Triangle: indicates the 3 main points of life that we all need for success but just as important the path in which we need to, or have travelled along to get there.
- Emotional - positive state of mind.
- Physical - condition of our body/vessel.
- Spiritual - values of heart and soul.
Colours:
- Red; emotion, recognizable for strong feelings like aggression and courage.
- Blue; spirituality, self control, that of thought and passiveness.
- Yellow; loyalty, trustworthy, honour.
- White; enlightenment, positive aura that should always surround us.
Circle: Bond of qualities that keep us complete, well rounded, balanced and together.

Shadow Warrior: The Heart of the Martial Artist; deep inside our body lies a heart that no one can see. We show our heart in the form of a shadow, so all can see what is behind this machine. Our heart is a warrior, battling the fight of today’s problems with values and qualities like that of the Samurai.
